Our ingredients are sourced locally where possible to enable us to provide you with a delicious two-course a la carte breakfast that is freshly cooked to order.
We make our own sausages, cure our own bacon, mix and bake our own granola and muesli, bake our own bread, and serve our homemade preserves.
Our free-range Lohmann eggs are from Catsfield and our organic apple juice is pressed by Oakwood Farm in Robertsbridge. Whilst our kippers and smoked salmon are smoked in our in-house smokery.
